The power of intention and focusing on the good that is to come to you is part of the Law of Attraction which supports the idea of Universal Consciousness.
I read somewhere that “doing a 360 means being back in your own misery“; however, I believe that 360 days of being with myself can only lead me to a better version of myself.
The rest of this idea is “it should be doing a 180, to be a better (and assumably better) than your previous self“.
The reason I believe a 360 is correct is due primarily to the circularity of life. The fact that after only a few moments of a new defined moment of time (a new year, a new decade) I find myself with a full 360 days left in my defined moment of time.
Essentially, and somewhat literally, there are 360 moments to gain from this perceived new year.
- 360 new moments of opportunity
- 360 moments of success
- 360 moments of redirection
- 360 moments of creativity
- 360 moments of inspiration
- 360 moments of clarity
- 360 moments of momentum
How to Activate a Life 360
The best way to activate a life 360 is to be intentional with the outcome of the moment of defined time before you.
It is my intention in writing this post to teach you how to utilize the next 360 days to create a reality that makes you feel good by aligning yourself with the Universe, and your inner philosopher.
#1 Set Intention for the Feeling of the New Year
Even before the New Year began, I knew that the word I wanted for 2020 is Clarity.
Part of me found it fun because of all the 20/20 vision jokes that are circulating the internet, and the fact that my vision is anything but 20/20!
It makes me feel good that I can attain 20/20 vision in the circumstances of my life while in the year 2020.
Once I set this word with the intention for the year, I started hearing it everywhere.
In coaching calls with coaches I had before assigning the word.
In audio books I listened to, even in Netflix shows that I watched to pass the time.
Once I put my attention to the consistency, I started to seek the word out. It made me realize that the thing I needed to feel good was to connect with myself.
I started controlling what I listen to, no more music, just podcasts and beneficial information.
I began being intentional in my actions, and clear on the feelings I wanted to obtain.
#2 Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe
When you are connected to your inner philosopher, also called inner being, or inner wisdom; those who are not connected will feel uncomfortable around you.
The power of intention by setting the word for the year will help you make conscious choice of who is supporting your intention of attaining that word.
For example; my word is clarity. A person who is not connected will project feelings of confusion, toward what I’m doing, and attempt to distract my intention with the ideas of what exists right now.
“I don’t understand why you think clarity is a good word, it’s so general, and doesn’t really amount to anything real, is there anything in your life that you want clarity on in particular?”
When faced with disconnected people, the correct action is to focus on the good things that are coming toward you. The power of intention provides a means for you to get out ahead of the resistance posed by the disconnected people.
#3 Don’t let the details of your life control where you’re going
Abraham Hicks teach that focusing on what is, prevents what’s coming to materialize in your reality.
What is – means the current reality, the current tangible evidence that the rational mind uses as “evidence”
What’s coming – is the general feeling of what feels good to you, the culmination of intention and desire in general terms.
Focusing on the fact that you need a new job and don’t have it, will put your vibration in the intention of lack, this means that you cannot get the desire by focusing on the opposite.
#4 Emotional Intelligence is the Secret
There’s an emphasis on emotional intelligence, resiliency, and the possibility of designing who you want to become in this current world.
Emotional Intelligence is commonly taught as reading emotions of others. This is valuable for those who are disconnected. It’s even more valuable to control your current emotions.
Gabrielle Bernstein says in her books that she learned how to mediate at a young age because of her anxiety. This is one of the best methods of controlling current emotions because quieting the mind allows access to the inner philosopher, the wise mind that knows how to feel happy despite the details of reality around you, and can focus on feeling happy now, instead of rationalizing why to be sad in conditions of reality.
The power of intention takes the conditions off reality of a tangible nature and allows the connectedness to allow for surrender and an innate knowing of good to come.

Being intentional with our words is vital, but first and foremost, the intention is with our thoughts.
It will be harder to let good things happen to you if there is a constant struggle in your reality.
Connecting with yourself should be the primary goal of the moments in your life. For the remainder of the 360 days of the year 2020 the intention is clarity.
It is obtained by connecting with my inner philosopher, the guidance of Conscious Intelligence that loves unconditionally and provides all the desires of your heart.
