When I write about something more abstract, I like to name it Philosophy of so that it’s obvious that the meaning is my philosophy on the topic.
What is Alignment?
It may seem like this mystical spiritual thing that the yoga master will tell you about.
Or you’ll hear it from your physio guy, your body is out of alignment.
Then maybe the psychic tells you, your chakras need to be realigned.
Does it ever make you wonder what these professionals are talking about?
Align what?
Alignment is events that occur within your life that you set goals toward or focus on through manifestation, but come when you least expect it to
My example for this, is the post I wrote the night before the conference was about sharing my story;
despite the rawness of it,
despite the impact it may have on those who are not healed,
despite others’ opinions
Because the impact my story could have on one person is more valuable to me than not sharing my story with the world.
The first day of the conference was a display of powerful independent consultants sharing their story of alignment with Arbonne and how we must go and share our stories too!
That alignment, led me to feeling a sense of dejavu so strong that I couldn’t control my own emotions for the next two days.
Attending this event, days after my 26th birthday as well, is alignment for me.
I’m a very big believer in the constant change of self, and when you change age, it’s like a clean slate, to reflect on what the age brought you, and where you want to go from there.
All I know is that I want to go toward the next chapter of my life. I want to run toward the path I am mean to be on.
How do you find alignment?
Here’s the truth behind it, you don’t find alignment. Alignment finds you.
The first thing that happens, before alignment takes place, is the surrender of your life to God.
You must, must, must, let Him take control of your life, and ask for the guidance of His plan for you.
The next step is to look for synchronicities, and be open to the message from the Universe

What are synchronicities?
Good question!!
They come as repeating numbers, maybe a 1:11 that you check your clock at, a 1222 on the subway, and other random moments.
First coined by Carl Jung as meaningful coincidences.
The meeting you go to that not everyone else can attend, that leads to a promotion because you attended.
I see synchronicities mainly with numerology, which relates back to astrology.
It’s easy to dismiss a concept when the definition includes pseudoscience, which means not-real-science.
But I see more value in the abstract than the regular person.
My favourite philosopher is Plato who believes in the idea of forms.
But, as a spiritual Christian, and yes I believe in both.
I am Christian, and I am spiritual.
My mom and I have always had a special bond based on the time I was born, and so the meaning of repeating numbers is a sign of synchronicities for me.
But everyone is different, you may repeatedly see a picture of someone who looks just like someone you love who is not with us anymore.
Or it may be the random coincidence of walking into a coffee shop and seeing your friend.
My parents went on a cruise this year, and while in Malta, of all places, she ran into her friend who lives in England now, and used to be our neighbour.
The way the universe works is through randomness, but I believe it is patterned randomness, once you start to see the pattern, it becomes alignment.
What is synchronous-alignment?
Now that we know what synchronicity and alignment are, I want to go further and ask some questions.
- Which one occurs first?
- Can they work together?
- Does one lead to the next?
- Do I have to be spiritual to believe in these?
1. Which one occurs first?
It is my belief that synchronicity comes first, and then alignment begins.
Once the synchronicity is obvious and you become more open to the signs from the universe, alignment can occur for you.
2. Can they work together?
Yes, because the synchronicity is leading you to alignment, and alignment is why the synchronicity is occurring.
They work hand-in-hand, but I feel as though alignment, to your soul’s purpose and the acknowledgement of yourself as pure spirit is the goal of both.
3. Does one lead to the next?
I believe so, I see them as working together for a greater goal of enlightenment and spiritual awakening.
Synchronicity leads to alignment, but alignment is a result of synchronicities.
Carl Jung defined synchronicity as meaningful coincidences so, the result of understanding the meaning of these coincidences, is where alignment comes into play.
4. Do I have to be spiritual to believe in these?
Not spiritual in the sense of new age spirituality.
As I explained above, it is necessary to believe in God, and surrender to His plan for you.
In order to open your mind to seeing the synchronicities and allowing the alignment, enlightenment, and awakening to occur.
Remember…
If your mind is closed to the possibility of being spirit, then none of this will make sense to you.
If you’re looking to open your mind, some amazing books to read for spiritual personal development are listed here.
Always be open to the possibility of what could be, because, when your mind is closed, your energy is closed off as well.
Then your energy doesn’t attract the things that are meant for you!
I want nothing more than for everyone to feel what it’s like to follow your dreams and embrace your true purpose!!
Blessings,
With light and love,
Stay true, stay weird.
