After a month of love, and experiencing new self-love, something dawned on me.
It’s always been there.
Love is ALWAYS there, because you ARE love.
Your intrinsic worth is LOVE.
You are valuable because you have the capacity TO LOVE.
Love is the answer.
What is unconditional love?
Unconditional love, is love without boundaries.
The Ancient Greek philosophers named 6 kinds of love, for all kinds of things they gave each one a different name.
I’ve often heard love toward friends called Platonic love, and it resembles something of a fascination and admiration of the other which embodies love for them, and toward them.
In philosophy, the term ~intrinsic~ means valuable for existing, as an ~end in itself~ the worth of that object is already there, no one else can take it, and no one can deny it.
I heard a metaphor once.
If you take a 100 dollar bill, and crumple it, rub it in the dirt and toss it around in a ball, is it still worth 100$?
Yes? I agree, but the 100$ bill may not feel as though it has enough value after that experience.
This is similar to what happens to those who experience trauma.
They begin to embody the devaluation of their worth, despite their inherent worthiness.
Remember…
Love is difficult to express in the society that values money and greed over kindness and inclusion.
It’s easier to spread love when you accept the love of God, and the Universe.
Coming to understand that God created the Universe in perfect harmony, and He also created everyone in equal worthiness.
You are intrinsically valuable, despite any flawed premises your experiences have led you to believe about yourself.
Your worth is INFINITE!
Hope you enjoyed today’s loving wisdom of the universe.
