WELCOME TO A NEW MONTH!
A NEW BEGINNING, A FRESH START!
This month’s series is called Sunflower June and focuses on three keywords; peace, joy, and harmony! Today’s post discusses how to gather inspiration through the process of intention setting.
How can inspiration come from the process of setting intentions?
Over the past three months, I have been practicing the process of intention setting for you. I’m practicing how to centre myself, how to ground into my body; to feel safe in my own being; and set intentions for personal growth so that I can share what has worked for me, with you.
In the past couple of weeks, I’ve set up and launched Bloom Lotus Moon, and I’ve been filming live Instagram videos to create awareness of why I started this brand, and what the intention behind it is.
If you’re reading this, then I’ve caught your attention, either through instagram videos, posts or other methods of social media presence.
Thank you for joining me here, on my blog space.
Thank you for showing up, and inspiring me through your presence.
Today’s post aims to discuss how we can become inspired by the process of intention setting. Over the weekend, I watched my Arbonne teammates hit goals, and reach milestones in their business! As amazing as this is to see, feel and be part of, I wonder if that’s my intention too.
One of the women who hit a HUGE goal, is younger than me. I watched as she realized she hit her goal, and I became inspired by the words she said to her audience on Instagram.
If you’re watching this, thinking it isn’t possible for you, I want you to know that it is! If someone came to you and said, I can give you everything you want, without the hardships, conflicts, and BS, would you do it? Because, despite those hiccups, it can happen for you! You can have everything you’ve ever wanted!

You may read this and think oh yeah, Kristina, she’s selling the business, it’s not actually possible for me. And sure, 10 points for the counter argument your ego is producing, but that’s not actually true!
What she’s actually doing, is telling her audience that hard work, the right work, like we read about in the daily stoic, is going to take you on a path of joy, peace & harmony. Why? Because when you’re filled with inspiration, to serve others in the best way possible, by being authentic, and flourishing beyond your wildest dreams, that is when you impact others.
No one follows her because she has a bad attitude and gives off low vibes. It’s the opposite! They follow her because she has the intention of kicking butt, and being a boss lady!
To answer the question I posed above, How can inspiration come from the process of setting intentions? Inspiration can come from the process because intentions allow you to focus generally on what you want. The process of intention setting, sitting with yourself, discussing it in a notebook with yourself, is where the inspiration for more comes from!
Do you want more out of life? Then I urge you to set an intention for 2 weeks, and write it down 10 times, until you have it memorized. Or use your own physical reminder, of jewelry you already own to help your consciousness acknowledge what you’re focusing on.
Remember…
Inspiration is a feeling more so than anything else. It can strike at anytime, usually when you least expect it, or you’re preoccupied with something unrelated.
Our feelings are like a guidance system, they tell us what kind of reaction we are having to the manifested reality around us.
Follow the good feeling thought, follow the inspiration, set your intention to be inspired by the beauty of the world around you, and you’ll notice how everything you look at changes… to be slightly… more… inspiring!
With love and light,
