{"id":1060,"date":"2021-08-03T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-03T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/philosopherontherun.com\/?p=1060"},"modified":"2026-10-11T02:36:44","modified_gmt":"2026-10-11T02:36:44","slug":"how-to-find-your-authentic-truth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/philosopherontherun.com\/?p=1060","title":{"rendered":"How to find your Authentic Truth"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">July 6, 2021<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hey friends, I\u2019ve been living in my head dealing with my own mental health, and the one thing that seems to be helping is the way I\u2019ve designed my blog content with certain weekly keywords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With these keywords, I\u2019d normally make a tiktok video, or 3 and talk about the different aspects of the concept \u2013 how truth relates to authenticity, and how to find your truth \u2013 and then teach you a process to get closer to the way of being you want instead of the programming you have, which is part of becoming more authentic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, I\u2019ve been avoiding my blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve been avoiding writing, because I doubt myself. I constantly doubt my own capabilities because I was told for years and years that I wasn\u2019t enough. I was told it so much that I began to tell it to myself, and my mind decided that it was true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So this week\u2019s keyword is, you guessed it, TRUTH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And so we\u2019ll start with a google search of \u201cwhat does truth mean\u201d and analyze what the dictionary said and the ideas that come up within the definition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It seems funny to me that \u201ccorrect\u201d is no where in the definition, yet the \u201cacceptance of truth within an accusation\u201d as the example sentence says, offers the idea that an accusation was correct instead of truthful. Especially because we\u2019re quantifying a statement as valid or invalid by assessing its truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second definition relates to facts and reality, which to me, asks if reality is the factual, if they\u2019re so similar that they need to be placed together. A fact is something that has happened, a fact is something that has existed already, which is a reality in the sense that it has to have manifested before becoming a fact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cthe truth is manifestation is a process of bringing awareness into the present moment and creating from this moment instead of past moments, past manifestations\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See here comes the self doubt, like does this make any sense?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or am I just speaking from a place of personal ignorance and attempting to teach you things im not aware of enough to teach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It reminds me of when I was teaching personal finance, healthy relationships and how to make decisions, then realized how opposite my life was to what I was teaching.
