Hey friends, I’ve been living in my head dealing with my own mental health, and the one thing that seems to be helping is the way I’ve designed my blog content with certain weekly keywords.
With these keywords, I’d normally make a tiktok video, or 3 and talk about the different aspects of the concept – how truth relates to authenticity, and how to find your truth – and then teach you a process to get closer to the way of being you want instead of the programming you have, which is part of becoming more authentic.
However, I’ve been avoiding my blog.
I’ve been avoiding writing, because I doubt myself. I constantly doubt my own capabilities because I was told for years and years that I wasn’t enough. I was told it so much that I began to tell it to myself, and my mind decided that it was true.
So this week’s keyword is, you guessed it, TRUTH.
And so we’ll start with a google search of “what does truth mean” and analyze what the dictionary said and the ideas that come up within the definition.
It seems funny to me that “correct” is no where in the definition, yet the “acceptance of truth within an accusation” as the example sentence says, offers the idea that an accusation was correct instead of truthful. Especially because we’re quantifying a statement as valid or invalid by assessing its truth.
The second definition relates to facts and reality, which to me, asks if reality is the factual, if they’re so similar that they need to be placed together. A fact is something that has happened, a fact is something that has existed already, which is a reality in the sense that it has to have manifested before becoming a fact.
“the truth is manifestation is a process of bringing awareness into the present moment and creating from this moment instead of past moments, past manifestations”
See here comes the self doubt, like does this make any sense?
Or am I just speaking from a place of personal ignorance and attempting to teach you things im not aware of enough to teach.
It reminds me of when I was teaching personal finance, healthy relationships and how to make decisions, then realized how opposite my life was to what I was teaching. That was a turning point for me to see where my life was messy and then to proceed to learn how to clean it up.

August 3, 2021
Hey friends, so the post above was absolutely meaningful and truthful and I know how relevant it is to creating your authentic truth. That was the week on truth, and this week, August 1st is on Uniqueness.
These topics go together and it’s no coincidence that we end this week with a new moon in Leo, as it calls us to be our most authentic self ever. I even posted a video where the card I pulled was asking you to speak up about whatever you need to say and just let yourself be yourself and then something in your life will complete.
It’s also relevant to mindset and movement, as day 3 relates to trust and how we trust ourselves to follow through with commitments.
How you do one thing is how you do everything.
What are your thoughts on this topics? I’ve been finding it hard to really give an answer, other than you know the answer already and there’s no need to doubt yourself.
Anyways, I hope this resonates.
xo
Stay true, stay weird.
