It’s truly a thrill to be writing this! Has it really been one month?
Crazy!
Reflections
In this month, my teammates ate two pizzas and ice cream cake in front of me, I didn’t find either of those appetizing.
My interest in cheese, meat, even in pizza and foods that contain meat cheese and other animal products has lessened.
I have tried different vegan pizzas, and I can say, both kinds still made my stomach hurt! Why? No idea.
I probably won’t be eating pizza again, anytime soon.
It’s amazing what your body can communicate to you when you are aware of what it’s saying. I do think I am allergic to more than I realize.
As someone with nut allergies already, it is not a big jump to having more allergies.
They often say that if you’re allergic to nuts, you’re allergic to more things.
October Challenge
I am continuing to be part of the Arbonne 30 day to healthy living challenge.
It’s called a challenge because it is a clean eating program designed to get rid of common ingredients that may cause allergies; such as gluten wheat and soy.
I’m continuing because I started my challenge on September 9th and have been loving the supportive community and wonderful positive encouragement to hit my fitness and health goals from the ladies who run it.
These groups are great, but so are the products!
It’s true, you’ve heard it before, but the vegan chocolate protein powder seriously tastes like cake!
Currently, I’m obsessed with drinking it in the morning, with water. I add the Dietary fibre supplement, digestion plus, and then give it a shake and drink it while writing out my goals for the day.
Having a routine that I can follow in the morning, along with a breakfast that I actually want to consume, is a great feeling.
I’m not the pickiest of eaters, but having chocolate for breakfast is a bonus.
Do you have a sweet tooth? Cause I’ve got a whole mouth of sweet teeth!
This protein powder absolutely satisfies that need for something sweet!
The best part is, it’s something versatile, and can be used to bake brownies, protein balls and even a chocolate zucchini bread if you’re feeling like you need some cake in your life!
Looking forward to month two!
It’s been a wild ride! I’m not particularly fussy about counting pounds I’ve lost, but I’m a big believer in looking at healthy before looking at weight loss.
If you’re interested in joining this program and hoping on the healthy living train, find out more info here!
I’m also super active on instagram.
Remember…
I’m new to veganism, and being on this trend train.
It’s not something I ever really saw myself committing to, but it’s helping me reach my goals of being healthy and happy!
Everyone should go at their own pace, just like running, it’s one step at a time, just keep going!
, it’s one step at a time, just keep going!
Blessings,
With love and light,
Stay true stay weird.
